Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Customers are requested to inspect the package and product at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is found to be damaged during delivery, the customer must take clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging immediately upon receipt.
  • The damage must be reported to us within the return period, along with the photographs, to initiate the return process.
  • Approved returns will be processed through our reverse logistics service.

Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or returns requested for reasons other than the conditions stated above, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
